1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VintPay ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. VintPay is operated by CROWSSTACK LIMITED ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in Nigeria.

2. Description of Service

VintPay is a WhatsApp-based payment infrastructure that enables users in Nigeria to send and receive money through WhatsApp. Our platform facilitates peer-to-peer and business-to-consumer transactions using the WhatsApp messaging interface.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
• You must be a resident of Nigeria
• You must have a valid WhatsApp account
• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Account Registration

To use VintPay, you may be required to provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Transactions

• All transactions are processed in Nigerian Naira (NGN)
• Transaction fees may apply and will be clearly disclosed before you confirm a transaction
• Once a transaction is initiated, it cannot be reversed except as required by law
• We reserve the right to delay, suspend, or decline transactions for security or compliance reasons
• Transaction limits may apply based on your account verification level

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any law or regulation
• Send spam, phishing messages, or unsolicited communications through WhatsApp
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Use the Service to launder money or finance terrorism
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Impersonate any person or entity

7. Fees and Charges

VintPay may charge fees for certain transactions or services. All applicable fees will be displayed to you before you complete a transaction. We reserve the right to modify our fee structure with reasonable advance notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CROWSSTACK LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CROWSSTACK LIMITED and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain your data as required by law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
